Orders received before 12:00 PM are processed on the same day, except for certain specific products such as skis and snowboards that require binding mounting. For these items, an additional time may be needed before shipping. However, we strive to prepare them as quickly as possible.
For orders received after 12:00 PM, they will be shipped on the following day.
It is essential to note that the delivery time provided during your order placement is indicative and based on the date of goods shipment. Order tracking is available in your customer account and will also be sent to you via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the date of receipt.
If your order is intended to be shipped outside the European Union, please be aware that there may be customs fees that apply and are your responsibility.
